A&A Trade Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the A&A Catalog mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
We collect information you provide directly when you place an order through the App. This includes:
We do not require you to create an account. All orders are placed as a guest. We do not collect payment information inside the App — payment is handled separately outside the App directly between you and the business.

Your order details (name, email, phone number, shipping address, city, postcode, country, and the items you ordered) are stored and processed within our business's Microsoft 365 tenant when you submit an order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for their own purposes.
Specifically, order information is saved as a record in a Microsoft SharePoint list used internally by our team to process and fulfil orders, and order confirmation and notification emails are sent using Microsoft 365 email. Microsoft may process this data in accordance with Microsoft's Privacy Statement. Access to this data is restricted to our business's staff through their Microsoft 365 sign-in — the App itself never reads or writes to SharePoint directly; only our backend server does, on your behalf, at the moment you submit an order.
Order information (including the details listed in Section 3) is retained as a record in our business's Microsoft 365 tenant for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, respond to support enquiries, and comply with any applicable legal obligations. It is not shared with, or duplicated into, any other database or third-party system beyond what is described in Section 3.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
